The CTM Solution:

This project was completed in a Direct Controlled zone located in one of Calgary’s newest mixed-use communities. CTM facilitated the specific and regulatory requirements of this ground-up development in close coordination with the client, approving authorities, landlord, and other stakeholders. Working from the initial concept analysis and design to the final construction sign-off and handover phases of the project. CTM’s intimate understanding of the client’s National Standards and our extensive experience in providing integrated services for retail petroleum and vehicular oriented uses played a significant role in the success of this project.

Overcoming design and permitting approval challenges, this project ultimately resulted in a great example of Parkland’s full array of service offerings combining retail petroleum, convenience food & grocery, quick service restaurant (QSR), and carwash.  The design provides high visibility for two major Canadian brands, spacious and ease of vehicular access to all of its amenities, all while supporting the necessary flow for both customers and service vehicles during its day-to-day operations.
