The CTM Solution:
CTM has worked alongside A&W Food Services of Canada to implement several of their QSR (quick-service restaurant) facilities throughout Alberta. This combined QSR and retail petroleum project in Quarry Park, Calgary was the first of many of these combined facilities to follow.
Upon finalizing the site and base building works, CTM was responsible for the complete design and engineering package for the QSR tenant improvement. This is a great example of CTM adapting A&W’s prototypical design package to meet the site-specific requirements. Starting with the client’s design scope, requirements, and preliminary plans CTM incorporates its integrated services to bring the project to fruition. All the technical bases are covered!
This project effectively combines the interior and exterior finishes of the A&W brand to smoothly connect with the neighbouring convenience store. The finished site encourages cross-sales between fuel, convenience, car wash, and quick-service restaurant. An objective reached through strong business partnerships and effective design.
